Marc Marquez, leader of the MotoGP 2025 championship, launched a bold warning to his rivals: no circuit scares him, even if he admits that some tracks could put him in difficulty. With a fulminating start in his first season with the official Ducati team, Marquez has dominated all six sprints played so far and has conquered three of the first six races of the calendar, taking 22 points ahead of his brother Alex Marquez, Gresini Ducati pilot, in view of the Great Britain Grand Prix in Silverstone.

Marquez triumphed in Silverstone only once in MotoGP, in 2014, during the ride to his second world title. A story similar to that of Qatar, where he has not won since 2014, but this year hit a spectacular brace in Lusail. After second place in wet conditions at the France GP, he was asked if he fears some arriving circuit. His answer was sharp: “None.”

“This is the goal,” he said safely. “Obviously, there will be slopes where I will struggle, but I will not arrive at the weekend thinking I am already in difficulty. After Friday I will understand if I am fighting or not. After Qatar, a very demanding but successful race, I am not afraid of any circuit.”

Marquez, however, remains realistic: “difficult races will come, yes, but we must take advantage of the small advantage we have in the standings.” The reference is to Austin’s mistakes, where he fell as he was in his head, and Jerez, where he lost the podium in the early stages. Of the remaining slopes, Marquez has never won in Austria, Indonesia, Portugal and will have to face the unprecedented challenge of Hungary, new entry in 2025.

With his talent and the official Ducati, Marquez seems ready for anything. Silverstone will be the next test bench: will he be able to repeat the Qatar feat and silence the rivals? The MotoGP 2025 becomes more and more inflamed!
